Guidance Philosophy
The STPRO® method is based on a scientific and structured approach, ensuring a safe progression towards the therapeutic and personal growth objectives defined in agreement with the patient. Performance indicators are established and periodically monitored during assessment sessions.
This rigorous approach does not exclude taking into account the specificities and unique traits of each individual being supported.
The follow-up takes into account transgenerational and psycho-genetic aspects as well as the patient’s traumatic experiences, allowing for a complete reconciliation with their past. Personalized psycho-coaching then supports them in achieving genuine operational and relational performance in all dimensions of their life, enabling them to rebuild self-esteem and develop true social and professional leadership.
